Why should you exercise every day with a voice coaching app?
This question is answered by how fast you would like to progress and master the technique? If you want to see improvement and feel the changes quicker, you should find at least 15 minutes a day to set towards your goal. We recommend working through every exercise in your chosen membership daily. This way, you can rid yourself of the bad habits and improper techniques you used to sing.
If you learn to sing the right way and take this practice into your daily routine, you will indeed have your own biofeedback. The diversity of benefits come from all the internal vibrational energy that’s created by your whole body (the real instrument). Singing is not about vocal cords. It is about adding knowledge and physical dynamics to your body with the fundamental frequency of sound resonating and stimulating your resonating chambers and mostly stimulating your brain.
The power of connectedness and awareness in your body Is 10 times more powerful than meditation. You will not only be enhancing your lung capacity and increasing body oxygen, but you’re also raising the bar in your health and mood. And you don’t need any external devices, diagnostics, or machines to develop this healing practice. Practicing daily will bring the desired tuning for your voice and increase your range, power, longevity, and confidence to sing with freedom.
The problem is most people don’t equate singing as a health practice, and the common myth is that’s all about talent. We all have the same anatomical components in our body, and all of us can develop our internal musculature as our conduit for feeling great. When using the correct approach and our quality exercises, Singing is a Body exercise contrary to what most think is just a “vocal” exercise. The experience will have you in full control of your breathing patterns and will condition all your internal organs to receive the energy vibration that’s created by sound through your whole instrument.
Can I vocal exercise longer than the recommended time in my voice coaching plan?
We recommend you work through each exercise from your chosen membership plan of the voice coaching app. Being cautious and aware that there is no tension and no neck pain, you should train no less than 15 minutes a day with the Gold, and as you grow and master the basics in Gold, move to Platinum and intensify the length of training to 30 mins with added exercises and then progress to Diamond where you can work out as a pro for 45 minutes to an hour!
The reason each plan is customized is so that a beginner and or hobby singer does not injure themselves before mastering the basics. Keep in mind that all the memberships have the basic development exercises in the Gold plan. So the platinum contains the basics of the Gold, plus a few more varying exercises, and then Diamond has all the exercises plus many more features. You can be a beginner and join the Diamond level, and we recommend you master the level 1 exercises and then add the others once you have Internalized the exercises.
Also, we may have many professional singers who have never taken private lessons and can start at the Gold level by using the handpicked exercises that will train you Voice, Body, and Mind! We recommend you increase the length of training once you feel comfortable with the exercises and feel you can take on a longer workout with the voice coaching app.
What will happen if I do not have time to train voice every day?
We never have time, but we can make time, especially for something that we love. If your dream is to sing, train! If you can’t train every day, try and keep a schedule at least 3 days a week to truly learn the Voixtek Method. This way, you can have a long life, a healthy voice, and have career endurance!
The consequences are always the same. If you don’t train and learn how to use your muscles, you will most likely injure yourself! We want healthy, happy voices for all!
How long do I need to train my voice with a voice coaching app?
Singers that have a goal to become the best should treat singing not only as an art form but also as a sport. Being on stage night after night demands physicality and endurance. Entertaining audiences and feel confident on every note require concentration and consistency.
An athlete never stops training, especially not while they are still playing the game. Ron has students that have trained with him for over 30 years and continue to this day. Those that train well and are consistent will reap the better rewards.
How fast will I see some results with these voice exercises?
If you have watched the instructional videos describing how the body should be used, before each exercise, and then do as Ron does, you will feel immediate results. Weightlessness to your voice that feels like floating through a song and NOT trying to sound ok! When you learn how to expand the internal musculature with the guidance of each of the exercises. You will struggle at first like in any new discipline, but every day you will keep gaining consciousness of how the body adapts and how your sound will improve on a daily basis. We want you to be great, let’s keep it that way.
How an exemplary day of voice training with the Voixek app looks like?
This is what we give the pros… Shhh!
First, wake up! Hydrate! Exercise, move, and get the blood rushing. Then log in to voixtek.com and follow each of your exercises. Don’t worry if it is challenging at first. Make sure you sing every exercise for both high and low ranges and stop the moment there is any sign of resistance, and pay close attention to the guidance being given by Voixman on how to manipulate and control your muscles.
For now, have fun training and let the world hear your beautiful voice!
